    All our products are premixed and super easy to apply. CrownTite and FlashTite are best applied with a 3” chip brush. Flexible Crown is applied with a trowel. WaterTite Repellent can be rolled or you can use a simple pump garden sprayer.

    Depending on your area, a single flue crown repair using CrownTite or Flexible Crown usually costs a homeowner between $300 and $600. Treating the chimney brick with WaterTite from the roofline up along with the rake, or lower shoulders of the chimney will cost a homeowner between $150-$300. The cost to treat the entire chimney would depend on size and location.

    Coverage rates are approximately 20-25 sq ft per gallon. That equates to 15-20 average sized single flue chimney crowns. A contractor can easily make $3500-$8000 per 5 gallon pail.

    6 hours is the recommended minimum drying time for both products. Cold temperatures combined with high humidity may extend drying times. Coatings should never be applied when rain is imminent.

    Coverage can vary from 50-250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on how porous the surface.
    Best shelf-life will be realized by storing products at temperatures between 45-85 degrees. Avoid storing in extremely hot or freezing temperatures.
